SSL certificates for MS Exchange
Microsoft Exchange Server is a software product from Microsoft that is used to exchange e-mail messages and share resources and information. It is a corporate system and its main features include receiving and sending mail messages, calendar and contact management, sharing public folders, the ability to access mailboxes via a web interface, access the system using mobile devices, and a data storage feature. All Exchange server communication should be secured by deploying an SSL certificate, as sensitive company information is transmitted over the network.
Recommended SSL certificates for the MS Exchange system are i.e. multi-domain SSL certificates. Subject Alternative Name/Unified Communications certificate (SAN/UCC) certificates allow you to secure the primary domain name and up to 249 other domains at the same time. Our offered SAN/UCC SSL certificates are fully compatible with modern versions of the Microsoft Exchange server. They make it possible to secure all the necessary names of servers and services that the Exchange server uses, such as mail.contoso.com, autodiscover.contoso.com, owa.contoso.com and possibly other domains.

Multi-domains SSL certificates
Depends on the selected type of certificate
- Domain Validation (DV) - the fastest and most automated way to verify. The CA only verifies the existence of the domain before the certificate is issued. You can secure the website in few minutes with paperless process.
- Organization Validation (OV) - OV certificates are more trustworthy than domain validation SSL certificates. In this type, the CA verifies domain ownership as well registered business documents and other legal documents related to business. It normally takes two to 5 days to issue a certificate. If the authority cannot confirm the legal, operational and physical existence of the company, the verification time is extended.
- Extended Validation (EV) - carries the highest validation that shows the company name in the certificate details. The CA strictly validates the business by checking all business registration documents, third party business directory for address verification and call verification. In addition to the existence of the company, the applicant (contact) for the certificate is also verbally verified. It takes two or more days to issue a certificate.
Secure up to 250 separate domains with one certificate
One multi-domain SSL certificate can secure up to 250 domain names. Technically known as SAN Certificate (Subject Alternative Names) – these certs are flexible to secure multiple hostnames, domains, sub-domain, and wildcard domains in a single configuration. You can add or remove domains on demand during the validity period.
We offer MS Exchange certificates for up to 5 years in order to provide the lowest cost per year
As of 1 September 2020, Apple, Google and Mozilla browsers and devices do not accept new SSL/TLS certificates that have a lifetime of more than 398 days. To comply with the latest security requirements, multi-year SSL certificates are issued for 1 year (max. 398 days). You'll need to re-issue the certificate once per year. We'll send you email notifications starting 30 days before expiration. Of course, REISSUE is free of charge. Plus you can reissue your certificate at any time and as many times as you like!
Note i: Re-issue requires revalidation.
Note ii: You can insert new CSR or use last one during reissue.
Note iii: Once the certificate is issued, you can not shorten the validity period, request a refund of the unused period or change the domain name!
