You can order any SSL certificate from our offer completely without worries. Our customers have the option to cancel an order without giving a reason up to 30 days from issuance by the certification authority. If the certificate does not suit you for any reason, the payment will be refunded according to the following conditions.
Terms and Conditions for Web SSL Certificates
- An SSL certificate can be canceled within 30 days of issuance.
- Order cancellation is only possible in writing using the authorized form in the Control Panel.
- For the unambiguous determination of the number of days, the day of cancellation is considered the first working day after receipt of the written cancellation.
- The SSL certificate is invalidated after notification.
- The customer is obliged to immediately remove the issued SSL certificate from the server.
- The customer is refunded the payment:
- in full for payments by bank transfer (EUR);
- for payments by credit card, PayPal, wire (USD), etc., the operator of the SSLmentor project reserves the right to deduct a rounded transaction fee in the billing according to the type of payment method, which may amount to 2-5% of the certificate price.
- In case of certificate cancellation or termination of validation by the certification authority (e.g., discovery of fraudulent validation, falsification of documents), a fee of at least 20% of the price of the ordered SSL certificate will be charged.
- Orders for SSL certificates that are not issued within 1 month of ordering from the certification authority may be automatically canceled. All costs will be billed and the payment refunded.
Terms and Conditions for CODE Certificates
- A CODE certificate can be canceled within 30 days of issuance.
- Order cancellation is only possible in writing using the authorized form in the Control Panel.
- For the unambiguous determination of the number of days, the day of cancellation is considered the first working day after receipt of the written cancellation.
- The CODE certificate is invalidated after notification.
- The customer is refunded the payment:
- in full for payments by bank transfer (EUR);
- for payments by credit card, PayPal, wire (USD), etc., the operator of the SSLmentor project reserves the right to deduct a rounded transaction fee in the billing according to the type of payment method, which may amount to 2-5% of the certificate price.
- Orders for CODE certificates on a USB token - the refunded amount is reduced by the cost of shipping and the USB token. The USB token remains the property of the customer.
- In case of CODE certificate cancellation or termination of validation by the certification authority (e.g., discovery of fraudulent validation, falsification of documents, signing of fraudulent SW), a fee of at least 25% of the price of the ordered SSL certificate will be charged.
- Orders for CODE certificates that are not issued within 1 month of ordering from the certification authority may be automatically canceled. All costs will be billed and the payment refunded.

- An S/MIME certificate can be canceled within 15 days of issuance.
- Order cancellation is only possible in writing using the authorized form in the Control Panel.
- For the unambiguous determination of the number of days, the day of cancellation is considered the first working day after receipt of the written cancellation.
- The SSL certificate is invalidated after notification.
- The customer is refunded the payment:
- in full for payments by bank transfer (EUR);
- for payments by credit card, PayPal, wire (USD), etc., the operator of the SSLmentor project reserves the right to deduct a rounded transaction fee in the billing according to the type of payment method, which may amount to 2-5% of the certificate price.
- In case of certificate cancellation or termination of validation by the certification authority (e.g., discovery of fraudulent validation, falsification of documents), a fee of at least 25% of the price of the ordered SSL certificate will be charged.
